ChibChob Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers the website ‹domain› and ChibChob HQ, our internal publishing dashboard that uses the TikTok Content Posting API and YouTube API Services. HQ is used only by ChibChob staff to publish ChibChob’s own videos to channels owned by ChibChob.
2. YouTube API Services
ChibChob HQ uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account to HQ you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Information we access and store
When an account owner connects TikTok or YouTube to HQ we receive, and store on our own computer:
- OAuth access and refresh tokens (to upload videos on the owner’s behalf);
- basic account info: TikTok open_id, display name/nickname and avatar URL; YouTube channel ID and title;
- for each video we publish: the video file we created, the title/caption/hashtags and privacy setting chosen by the owner, and the post/video ID and status returned by the platform.
We do not collect information about viewers, followers or any other users, and we do not read comments, messages or analytics through these APIs.
4. How we use it
Only to upload videos that a ChibChob staff member has reviewed and approved, and to show the upload status in HQ. We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on a private computer operated by ChibChob that is not reachable from the public internet. Tokens are kept until access is revoked. Other data obtained from the YouTube API is deleted or refreshed within 30 days. Video files and captions we created ourselves are kept as our own production records.
6. Cookies and device storage
The public website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. HQ stores only display preferences (such as light or dark theme) in the staff member’s browser.
7. Revoking access
- YouTube/Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- TikTok: in the TikTok app settings, open the list of apps connected to your account and remove ChibChob HQ.
After revocation we delete the stored tokens for that account within 7 days; you can also email contact@‹domain›.
8. Children
The website and HQ are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our games are on Roblox and follow Roblox’s own policies.
9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
